A reservation is subject to availability and is not considered confirmed until the booking platform shows the reservation as confirmed or until you receive the applicable confirmation from MetroAsia Arena.Customers are responsible for reviewing the details of their reservation before submitting it, including:• Selected court or facility• Sport or activity• Date• Start and end time• Applicable rate or fee• Other relevant booking detailsAvailability displayed on the platform may change before a reservation is successfully completed or confirmed.Metro Asia Arena reserves the right to correct obvious errors relating to availability, pricing, booking details, or system-generated information.
3. Rates and Fees
Rates may vary depending on factors such as:• Court or facility selected• Sport or activity• Day of the week• Date• Time of day• Duration of the reservation• Promotions, discounts, or special events
The booking platform may automatically calculate the applicable rate based on the available rate configuration.Where permitted by the system and applicable policies, an authorized administrator may adjust or override a rate when necessary.The applicable amount payable for your reservation will be displayed before you complete the booking or payment process.
4. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed on the booking platform.
Depending on the payment method and reservation process, a booking may require:• Full payment• Partial payment or deposit• Submission of proof of payment• Payment verification or approval
You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable charges associated with your reservation.A reservation may remain pending until payment is successfully completed or verified.MetroAsia Arena may cancel or release an unpaid or unverified reservation in accordance with the applicable booking policy.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Refunds, and No-Shows

The applicable policy will be displayed on the booking platform or otherwise communicated to you before or during the reservation process.Any approved refund, credit, or rescheduling request will be processed in accordance with the applicable policy and may be subject to reasonable verification requirements.
6. Facility and Court Rules
All customers, players, guests, and participants must comply with the facility's posted rules, safety guidelines, staff instructions, and applicable laws.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their guests and participants also comply with these rules.We may refuse entry, suspend play, or require a person to leave the facility when reasonably necessary for safety, security, facility operations, or enforcement of our rules.
7. Customer Conduct
You agree not to:• Use the website or booking platform for unlawful purposes• Make fraudulent, fake, or unauthorized reservations• Attempt to manipulate rates, schedules, availability, or payment records• Access another person's account without authorization• Interfere with the security or operation of the website or booking platform• Damage facility property or equipment• Harass, threaten, abuse, or endanger other customers, players, staff, or guests• Engage in conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to applicable facility rules

Sports and recreational activities involve inherent risks.
By participating in activities at the facility, you acknowledge that participation may involve risks, including physical injury.You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able and fit to participate. If you have concerns about your health or physical condition, you should seek appropriate professional advice before participating.
This provision does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.To the extent permitted by applicable law, MetroAsia Arena will not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless such loss, theft, or damage is directly caused by our unlawful act, gross negligence, or other circumstances for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
